About the Role

The Human Resources Business Partner will serve as a strategic advisor to the assigned business unit, providing support for manpower planning, resource allocation, recruitment, talent management, employee engagement, and human resource operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Stakeholder Management:
    • Consult with business leaders on process improvements and introduce new processes.
    • BUILD AND MAINTAIN RELATIONSHIPS WITH BUSINESS HEADS TO DISCUSS PERFORMANCE & LEADERSHIP REQUIREMENTS.
    • Communicate the latest developments in HR strategies, systems, and processes, benchmarking against best practices.
  • Manpower Budgeting & Planning:
    • Work with business leaders to plan manpower requirements based on annual business plans and productivity norms.
    • Monitor and review the manpower budget quarterly to ensure adherence to budget norms.
    • E nsure availability of Manpower Plan through internal or external talent acquisition.
  • Performance Management & Rewards:
    • Ensure the performance management process is implemented based on corporate guidelines, and all assessments and performance reviews are fair and transparent.
    • Support the annual compensation revision cycle, ensuring salaries align with pay policies and guidelines.
    • Drive talent development initiatives like talent review, IDPs, developmental programs, career progression, etc.
  • Employee Engagement:
    • Plan and execute an annual employee engagement calendar.
    • Design and implement employee engagement initiatives, supporting all employee welfare activities in line with corporate HR.
  • Employee Relations/HR Operations:
    • Resolve escalated employee grievances, employee relations issues, and complaints, conducting investigations in compliance with legal requirements.
    • Respond to employee queries and requests regarding employee letters, HR policies, career development, and personal issues.
    • Manage the employee exit process, coordinate with managers on terminations, ensure proper documentation, and conduct employee exit interviews.

Qualifications:

A minimum of 8 - 10 years of relevant experience.
