Responsibilities:
  • Partner with senior HR leadership to align HR programs (e.g., recruitment, talent development, rewards) with business objectives to support both short- and long-term goals.
  • Analyze business and workforce data to drive strategic and operational decision-making, long-term planning, and evaluate the impact of human capital initiatives.
  • Identify best practices and data-driven strategies to enhance human capital programs and develop innovative, solution-oriented HR initiatives.
  • Conduct workforce analytics, including demographic trends, attrition rates, and recruitment metrics, to support strategic HR decision-making.
  • Integrate human capital planning into business units to ensure alignment with overall company goals.
  • Partner with business leaders to understand objectives and provide HR support for policy implementation and program execution.
  • Guide business units in developing workforce plans and incorporate them into strategic business planning.
  • Advocate for HR service delivery models, providing insights and feedback to Centers of Excellence (CoEs) and Global Business Services (GBS).
  • Implement structured change management methodologies to support organizational transformation and business initiatives.
  • Engage key stakeholders in change management processes, ensuring smooth adoption across the organization.
  • Analyze business trends and performance metrics to identify opportunities for workforce optimization and improvement.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on human capital strategies across different functions and regions.
  • Establish and maintain governance structures, performance monitoring tools, and forecasting frameworks to enhance workforce planning.
