The Role:

The IWC Client Advisor - Part Time is responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences. As an ambassador of our brand, you will build strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction is always the top priority.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Create personalized and emotional connections with clients to enhance their experience.
  2. Provide best-in-class service, exceeding client expectations in every interaction.
  3. Gather meaningful client insights throughout the journey and maintain accurate records according to our guidelines.
  4. Promote our brand as an ambassador, conveying passion and enthusiasm.
  5. Ensure seamless boutique operations, handling administration and back-of-house tasks with care.
  6. Verify that all operations comply with our company policies.

Qualifications:

  1. Possess an entrepreneurial mindset, autonomous, result-oriented, and driven; bring innovative ideas and take ownership of goals.
  2. High emotional intelligence and general education.
  3. Excellent communicator, passionate about building strong networks and connections.
  4. Demonstrate a perfect understanding of client satisfaction and luxury experience, with a strong sense of etiquette and human behavior.
  5. Creative, curious, and versatile.
  6. Team player with good interpersonal skills and empathy.
  7. Background in luxury retail sales and hospitality is highly valued.
