Job Summary:
The IWC Client Advisor - Part Time role is an exciting opportunity to join our team and make a real impact. As a client-facing representative, you'll be responsible for delivering world-class customer experiences and building strong relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute tailored client experiences that meet their unique needs and preferences.
- Provide exceptional service, ensuring that every interaction exceeds client expectations.
- Collect and analyze client feedback to improve our services and processes.
- Serve as a brand ambassador, promoting our values and mission to clients and stakeholders.
- Support boutique operations, including administration and back-of-house tasks, to ensure seamless delivery of our services.
- Verify that all operations comply with our company policies and procedures.

- Possess an entrepreneurial mindset, autonomous, result-oriented, and driven; bring innovative ideas and take ownership of goals.
- High emotional intelligence and general education.
- Exceptional communication skills, passionate about building strong relationships and networks.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of client satisfaction and luxury experience, with a strong sense of etiquette and human behavior.
- Creative, curious, and adaptable.
- Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills and empathy.
- Luxury retail sales and hospitality background is highly desirable.
