  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to facilitate smooth payroll operations and address any issues effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in payroll management, with a strong understanding of payroll processes, systems, and compliance requirements, particularly within the APAC region.
  • Leadership Skills: Good people management skills, with a proven ability to lead, motivate, and effectively develop a team.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in payroll software and systems, with a good understanding of digitalization and process improvement initiatives.
  • Shared Services Experience: Experience managing a payroll team in a Shared Services environment (SSC or GBS) or a regional hub, with a proven ability to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders and vendors.
