Key Responsibilities
  1. Optimize machine performance and efficiency by utilizing problem-solving tools and techniques.
  2. Manage spare parts inventory, budget, and costs to ensure optimal resource allocation.
  3. Diagnose and troubleshoot complex problems using a systematic approach.
  4. Monitor and analyze PM activities, OEE, and MTBA performance to identify areas for improvement.
  5. Assist in the development and implementation of process and maintenance concepts.
  6. Support the ramp-up and expansion of new products and equipment.

Requirements
  1. Masters or Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Microelectronics, Mechatronics, or Semiconductor Technology).
  2. More than 5 years of relevant working experience.
  3. Lead and manage maintenance engineers and technicians.
  4. Develop and realize process and maintenance concepts.
  5. Support new product and equipment for ramp-up and expansion manufacturing line.
  6. Solve and sustain production issues in a systematic and hands-on approach.
