Administrative Operations Associate

Ayam Champion Food Sdn Bhd is seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will provide critical support and coordination between various retail outlets.
Your responsibilities will include ensuring timely renewal of licenses, assisting in payroll calculation, maintaining personnel records and updating databases, sending memos and updates explaining new policies, and handling disciplinary guidelines and paperwork.

Responsibilities- Provide support and coordinate between various retail outlets
- Regulatory compliance - ensure timely renewal of licenses
- Assist in payroll calculation
- Maintain personnel records and update databases
- Sending memos and updates explaining new policies
- Disciplinary guidelines and paperwork
- A diploma or degree majoring in business management, or a related discipline
- Proficient in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written)
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
- Able to prioritise and organise
