**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma in Private Secretarial Course (PSC) or equivalent and 15 years’ of related working experience.
- Additional previous experience acting as government liaison will be taken into account.
- Mature with pleasant personality, positive work attitude, strong organizational and good interpersonal skills.
- A self starter, team player and one who thrives on working in a challenging and fast paced environment. Able to work independently and under minimum supervision.
- Highly motivated, resourceful, multi-tasks, with pleasant disposition and is able to upkeep a high degree of trust, integrity and confidentiality.
- Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia and possess excellent communication.
- Good computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Words, Excel and PowerPoint.

**Responsibilities**:

- Liaise as required with PFLNG2 Kota Kinabalu for all matters pertaining to logistics of Block H crew change and ad hoc personnel transfer, including 3rd party contractors working for PTTEP on PFLNG2.
- Liaise with Labuan Warehouse / Logistic including travel IN/OUT Labuan for logistic/material coordination for Block H Operation.
- Responsible in compilation of any requested weekly reports, monthly forecast reports and Executive Committee reports and also to ensure timely submission to PTTEP Management, both in Bangkok and Malaysia.
- Manage all essential business documents to ensure proper handling with regards to signature, distribution and responses on behalf of Direct or Indirect Supervisor(s)
