1. Proven work experience as a secretary or Administrative Assistant
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
3. Proficiency in MS Office
4. Able to travel
**Responsibilities**:
1. Organising, arrange meetings and appointments (producing agendas and taking minutes)
2. Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms
3. Develop and maintain company manuals system
4. Make travel arrangement and directors schedules
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
