1.Carries out general typing, filing and clerical duties. 2.Prepares and despatch outgoing mail. 3.Receives incoming mail and arrange for circulation. 4.Carries out duties of a telephone operator. 5.Assists the Secretary and Administration Officer in other duties as delegated from time to time. 6.To update, renew and monitor a valid record of all Company's licences, such as Trading licences, Contractor’s licences, etc. 7.To liaise with Travel Agents and Hotels on all reservations and training programme. 8.To keep tract of all movement of Company files, documents, licences, etc. 9.To maintain and monitors the movement of Company Secretarial Files. 13.To assist in drafting routine replies to all letters of the Company. 14.To attend, take and prepare all minutes of meetings. 15.To assist in the completion of tender document to facilitate "on time" submission. 16.To carry out any other task as required in the documented procedures of the Company Standard Operating Procedures and Process Flows. 17.To continuously update and made available Company profiles at all times. 18.Any other duties as and when assigned by the Management. 19.Reporting Line and Authorities as mentioned in the Letter of Appointment.
