Duties and Responsibilities 4.1 To coordinate Committee and Board meetings. 4.2 To Monitor contract, agreement, insurances, bonds, licenses expiry and take proactive measures for renewals. 4.3 To prepare administrative correspondences such as memo, letter, minutes, and transmittal letter. 4.4 Coordinate communication between operations offices and external parties. 4.5 Coordinates and schedules travel, meetings and appointments. 4.6 Managing Company Statutory Compliance through liaison with Company Secretary. 4.7 Main person liaising with Company Secretary and Operation Offices. 4.8 Compile Shareholder Monthly Report. 4.9 Manage and create content for Website & social media. 4.10 Document filing (soft and hard copy). 4.11 Performs general clerical duties. 4.12 Office management. 4.13 Other Administrative duties.
