Customer Experience Manager

Celestica is seeking a highly skilled Customer Program Manager to lead our customer-facing projects and ensure successful delivery of commercial aspects.
- We are looking for someone with strong program management skills, who can effectively coordinate engineering, purchasing, planning, and production activities to meet customer requests.
- The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to monitor all phases of projects through various reports, and communicate effectively with customers.
- Meet and deliver all commercial aspects of the account and coordinate the delivery of products and services aligned to client expectations.
- Focus on benefit realization, adherence to contract agreements, and manage scope creep to maintain expected financial performance while minimizing risks and maximizing opportunities.
- Be the focal point of communication with customers for in-charge projects.
- Coordinate engineering, purchasing, planning, and production activities to meet customer requests.
- Monitor all phases of projects through various reports and communicate to customers.
