Job Overview

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys problem-solving and has excellent communication skills. As a Support Specialist, you will be working with customers to resolve technical issues and improve their overall experience.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • We require our support specialist to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, including chatting with customers, responding to emails, and identifying trends in customer problems.
  • The successful candidate will also be responsible for escalating real-time issues to supervisors and writing reports and minutes in Mandarin and/or English.

**Requirements**

  • We need our support specialist to work on weekends and public holidays with a fixed schedule.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin are necessary to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates.
  • Excellent customer service quality is expected using soft skills.
  • Able to understand games from a gamer's perspective and provide in-depth gaming and PC/console troubleshooting support.
  • Solving and analyzing information accurately with appropriate speed and guidelines is crucial.
  • This is a team player position.
  • A strong interest in games is preferred but not required.
