We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Contact Center Professional to join our team at MHA Consultancy Services Sdn Bhd.
Job Description- You will be responsible for answering customers' inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Using your strong communication skills in English and Mandarin, you will assist customers in solving their problems and provide them with solutions.
- You will also be responsible for checking account, monitoring, and managing the payout process, ensuring that transactions are smooth and efficient.
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Assist customers in solving their problems using effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Check account, monitor, and manage the payout process to ensure seamless transactions.
- SPM education is a must for this position.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, bringing new ideas and perspectives to the table.
- Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin are essential.
- Proficient problem-solving skills, patience, and empathy are must-haves for this role.
- Able to work on rotational shifts, nights, weekends, and overtime.
