Job Description
  • You will be responsible for answering customers' inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Using your strong communication skills in English and Mandarin, you will assist customers in solving their problems and provide them with solutions.
  • You will also be responsible for checking account, monitoring, and managing the payout process, ensuring that transactions are smooth and efficient.
Key Responsibilities
  • Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Assist customers in solving their problems using effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Check account, monitor, and manage the payout process to ensure seamless transactions.
Requirements
  • SPM education is a must for this position.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, bringing new ideas and perspectives to the table.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin are essential.
  • Proficient problem-solving skills, patience, and empathy are must-haves for this role.
  • Able to work on rotational shifts, nights, weekends, and overtime.
