This position involves handling customer inquiries and issues via telephone, fostering a culture of excellent service and support.

Main Objectives
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by attending calls with a positive attitude and resolving problems efficiently.
  • Manage administrative duties, including responding to mailbox inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Cultivate telesales opportunities for insurance products (Auto & Credit Life), enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Promote the mobile app to non-users, driving an increase in FPX transactions through strategic communication and engagement.
  • Support team members during their absence, demonstrating flexibility and a strong work ethic.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Diploma or degree in any field.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service.
  • Strong multitasking abilities, coupled with a willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
  • Superb communication and interpersonal skills facilitate smooth interactions with customers and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia is crucial.
