About the Role
The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding. This individual will work closely with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop strategic plans to attract top candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and offers
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop strategic plans
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners, such as staffing agencies and recruiters
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or a related field
- Proven track record of success in recruiting top talent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and be proactive in problem-solving
