About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager Learning to join our team in APAC. This is a dynamic opportunity to drive strategic talent initiatives across the region and work closely with senior business leaders to influence and shape HR strategies.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in HR Management or Business Administration, with a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience in HR, including expertise in Learning & Development. Regional exposure with experience working in a multicultural environment is essential, as well as familiarity with APAC business dynamics and global trends in Learning & Development.

The Senior Manager Learning will be responsible for leading talent management strategies, ensuring a strong leadership pipeline and effective succession planning, continuously enhancing the talent management framework, including leadership development programs, driving Employer Branding (EB) initiatives, and spearheading external recognition efforts.
