Job Description

This is a challenging role that requires a highly motivated and results-driven professional to join our team at Affingroup as a Senior Corporate Banking Professional. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing existing relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving growth in the Structured Finance division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Credit Acquisition: Work with the Head of Department (HOD) and team members to originate deals, achieve targets, and exceed clients' expectations.
  • Account Profitability: Maximize earnings potential, revenue, and asset quality of the portfolio.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain high-value client relationships, activate opportunities, and monitor credit risk.
  • Service Management: Coordinate internal departments to ensure efficient process execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Staff Development: Mentor and coach Assistant Relationship Managers (ARMs), identify training needs, and recommend development programs.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, bank policies, and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent.
  • Professional credit certifications such as PCC, CCE, BCP, and Chartered Banker are an added advantage.
  • Minimum 6 years of banking experience with majority exposure to corporate banking and credit risk management.
