Position Summary

The Warranty Administrative Officer is responsible for ensuring smooth warranty claim processing, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining accurate records. This individual will work closely with the technical team, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to resolve warranty claims efficiently and provide top-notch support to customers.

Main Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and process warranty claims, collaborating closely with the technical team and suppliers to achieve timely resolution.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports, ensuring data accuracy within our warranty and inventory system.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by promptly responding to inquiries, managing replacements with suppliers, and facilitating timely stock deliveries.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and storage of warranty items, ensuring correct labeling and filing systems are in place.
  • Support the team with additional duties as required, fostering a collaborative environment.

Required Skills

  • Demonstrate strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Possess attention to detail and ability to accurately manage data entry.
  • Be tech-savvy and proficient in using inventory and warranty management systems.
  • Show ability to work independently and collaboratively, liaising with various departments and external partners.
  • Prior experience or knowledge of computer products is a plus but not mandatory.
