This full-time and permanent position offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact on our fund services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and maintain static data on Vistra and Client systems.
  • Assist in data cleansing on systems when required.
  • Monitor and redirect all client and investor requests and queries to relevant Vistra teams and locations for request resolutions; follow up and ensure completion of all requests and queries received.
  • Upload investor reports on the system for release and perform a self-review.

Requirements

  • Experience in the accounting field will be a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Possess good communication skills both written and oral, strong stakeholder management skills.
