Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and coordinate all aspects of corporate action activities.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of corporate actions.
  • Monitor and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to corporate actions.
  • Perform regulatory reporting, management reporting, and risk-related reporting.
  • Handle enquiries received from internal and external customers as well as regulators.
  • Extend support to the Trade Settlement team as needed.
Requirements:
  • Graduate in Banking, Finance, or related fields.
  • Knowledge of corporate actions handling for various types of securities.
  • Sound understanding of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Strong leadership skills with ability to manage a team and drive results.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proactive and self-motivated individual who can work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
