We are seeking an experienced Command Centre Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the overall operations of the Command Centre, including presenting company services to clients and visitors, monitoring GPS tracking systems, and escalating driver violations to senior management.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective strategies for resource optimization and manpower utilization.
- Maintain accurate records of prime movers and lorries equipped with GPS systems.
- Collaborate with the IT department on database, enterprise management, internet, and other IT-related concerns.
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and software issues.
- Prepare monthly reports as requested by management.
Requirements:
- A degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in the transportation industry and proficiency in IT.
- Strong knowledge of GPS tracking systems and computer hardware and software.
- Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
