About the Role

Nuffnang is a leading digital marketing agency, and we are looking for a Business Development Specialist to help us drive revenue growth and expand our client base.

As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for managing direct client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to the development of marketing strategies.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage direct client relationships and foster strong connections with both new prospects and existing accounts.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with direct clients, focusing on influencer marketing, live commerce and event activations.
  • Build a robust pipeline by prospecting, networking and leveraging marketing insights.
  • Conduct needs analysis and propose marketing solutions to meet client's business objectives, through sales packages or tailored proposals.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 1-4 years of sales experience in any industry (media/advertising industry is preferred).
  • Proven record in achieving financial targets.
  • Excellence in client services & relationship building with stakeholders.
  • Proficient in acquisition and deal closure.
  • Excellent in Written and Spoken Language: English, Mandarin and/or Bahasa.
