Job Description
  • Oversee the operation, maintenance and management of facilities, equipment, and related systems.
  • Respond promptly to complaints, emergencies, and crisis situations.
  • Perform routine and preventative maintenance tasks on a regular basis.
  • Source quotations for required works.
  • Prepare purchase orders and goods received notes, and submit invoices for related work done.
  • Coordinate and manage maintenance works, including technical cost-benefit justification.
  • Ensure timely completion of all maintenance/repair work.
Key Responsibilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word.
  • Pro-active with excellent communication skills.
  • Good command of written and spoken English & Bahasa Melayu.
  • Candidate with Chargeman certificate will be an added advantage.
  • Able to travel for outstation work (if required).
  • Ability to start work with short notice will be an advantage.
