We are seeking a seasoned HR Generalist Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • HR Operations Management: Manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and payroll processing.
  • Talent Acquisition and Development: Source, recruit, and develop top talent, ensuring a diverse and inclusive workforce.
  • Employee Engagement and Retention: Foster a positive work environment, promoting employee engagement, motivation, and retention.
  • Performance Management and Coaching: Collaborate with managers to develop and implement performance management systems, providing coaching and development opportunities to employees.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure the company's adherence to local labour laws, regulations, and best practices, mitigating risks and liabilities.
  • Meetings and Event Planning: Coordinate meetings and events, managing logistics, and ensuring seamless execution.
  • Culture Building and Employee Relations: Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees, fostering a culture of respect, trust, and open communication.
Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resources or a related/equivalent field.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in HR roles, with at least 2 years in a generalist capacity.
  • Proven track record of success in HR generalist, with a focus on operational efficiency, employee engagement, and risk management.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Experience working in Retail is a plus.
  • Ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics, building strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of employment law, regulations, and best practices is essential.
