HR & Administrative Executive

- Maintain staff records, updated employee database & proper filing of HR and Admin related documents.
- Responsible for the full spectrum of human resource functions which include checking, preparing and processing of payroll, recruitment, compensation & benefit, employee relations, employee welfare, training & development, attendance maintenance, leave records, occupation & health (OSHA) matters.
- Provide end-to-end support on payroll related requests and issues including liaise with external and internal parties (I.e. EPF, EIS, LHDNM external auditor).
- Manage day to day general office administration included office maintenance and upkeep of equipment and fixtures and fittings.
- Proper organising and maintaining of files and records.
- Able to prepares documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, or other presentation software.
- Office facility management e.g. stationery, cleanliness of premise, maintenance of office equipment and machines, etc.
- Knowledge in Employment Act 1995 and have experience in handling discipline cases including dismissal on performance or other disciplinary grounds.
- Prepare interview schedule and coordinate interview sessions.
- Conduct new employees orientation and briefing.
- Ensure all company policies complied with labour laws, statutory and other relevant act and regulations.
- To undertake ad-hoc assignment or duty assigned by superior as and when required.
- To handle all other Human Resource and Admin related tasks other than mentioned above.
Requirements:
- Min 1-2 years of relevant working experience.
- Possess minimum SPM or Diploma certification and above.
- Good command of English (Oral & Written) is a must; knowledge of Bahasa Cina is an advantage.
- PC literate, familiar with Iflexi HR software will be an advantage.
- Committed and multi-tasking.
- Familiar and Conversant with Employment Act, Labour and Industrial Relations rules & regulations.
- Ability to adhere to confidentiality of HR related matters.
- Possess initiative in all work matters.
- Fast learner and able to work independently.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, project coordination experiences, and the ability to work well with all levels of staff.
- Applicant must be willing to work in Nibong Tebal or Penang or Shah Alam.
Salary: RM2,000 and/or above, depending on the qualifications/working experience.
