  • Co-ordinate recruitment activities including advertising, interview, preparing letter of employment.
  • Responsible for both onboarding and offboarding process.
  • Provides HR & administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
  • Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
  • Makes travel arrangements for senior staff such as booking flights, cars, and hotel or restaurant reservations.
  • Responsible for the purchase of office supplies, snacks and holiday gift boxes.
  • Administrative & organize company events, including birthday party, Christmas party, team building, etc.
  • Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
  • Any ad-hoc task which is required by the management.
Job Requirements
  • Good understanding of HR principles, practices and employment laws will be an advantage.
  • Meticulous and capable of managing work pressure.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, teamwork and communication skills.
  • Effective organization, follow-up and time-management skills.
  • Able to multi-task and work independently.
  • Can speak well Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Able to start immediately will be an advantage.
