The Day-to-Day:

  • Deliver leading benefit solutions to multinational clients, developing global benefit strategies and policies aligned with client objectives.
  • Benchmark and design benefit programs across APAC, including medical & risk insurances, employee perquisites and allowances, expatriate benefits.
  • Provide optimal benefit funding strategies and leading risk management solutions.
  • Design and implement leading benefit technology solutions.
  • Lead M&A due diligence and integration projects.
  • Offer benefits data analytics advisory services.
  • Design and execute health and wellness strategies.
  • Pursue opportunities to articulate Aon's Global Benefits and broader benefits consulting offering to the market.
  • Collaborate on business development opportunities with Global or Regional Sales teams.
  • Contribute to leveraging Aon's capabilities to build differentiated and innovative global benefits solutions.
  • Foster close working relationships across the firm, within both Global Benefits and Health & Benefits, as well as colleagues from Human Capital and Risk Capital teams.
  • Manage strategic account relationships for key Aon global benefit clients.
  • Mentor and train junior consulting staff, modeling client focus excellence.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  1. Degree in any relevant discipline.
  2. At least 3-5 years relevant industry experience, e.g., regional benefits and/or employee's insurance consulting experience.
  3. Effective communication skills to liaise with senior management and multi-cultural stakeholders.
  4. Multi-country expertise of local market statutory, market practice, and best practice conditions.
  5. Stakeholder and project management skills to support cross-border projects.
  6. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  7. Optional: financial services license or actuarial background.
