Payment and Cash Management Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Treasury Operations Specialist to join our team in Johor Bahru. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day client relationships by attending to both client and bank queries in a professional and timely manner.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Managing payment operations, including setting up/initiating payments, cash management, and remittance in the client's online bank portal or payment platform.
- Assisting and coordinating with clients in their treasury bank account management and working closely with both client and banks to manage the end-to-end process of client bank accounts.
- Providing support to facilitate the on-time completion of internal and external audits.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A proven track record in Fund/Corporate Payment processing and Cash Management, as well as Bank Account Management.
- Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks with tight deadlines.
- Focused and meticulous, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
- A degree in Business Management or Banking, or a related field.
