About The Department

UOB Innovation Hub 2 (InnoHub2) is a UOB-wholly owned subsidiary and a Centre of Excellence based in Malaysia, providing Group Business Services (GBS) to support the UOB Group. Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough reviews of financial transactions and customer information to identify potential money laundering risks.
  • Develop and implement effective anti-money laundering strategies to prevent financial crimes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Analyze complex financial data to identify trends and patterns that may indicate money laundering activity.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including law enforcement agencies and regulatory bodies.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in anti-money laundering regulations and industry best practices.
  • Provide training and guidance to colleagues on anti-money laundering procedures and policies.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in anti-money laundering compliance or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of anti-money laundering regulations and industry standards.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
