Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist Lead to join our Country & Marketing Analytics team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading data-driven decision-making for our Digibank offerings. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze complex datasets, derive actionable insights, and support strategic programs.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with digibank teams to understand their data needs and develop data strategies that align with business objectives.
  2. Analyze large datasets and generate actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  3. Provide data-driven recommendations to support strategic decision-making for digibanks.
  4. Monitor and evaluate the performance of machine learning models to ensure they meet evolving business needs.
  5. Create dashboards and reports to visualize important metrics and insights.
  6. Present recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences, ensuring clarity and actionable outcomes.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. At least 4 years of analytical experience with business acumen, including experience in financial services.
  2. Experience with analytical tools such as database querying (SQL, Presto, Hive), visualization and reporting tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Holistics), and programming languages (Python, R).
  3. Experience working with complex data sets and contextualizing complex data insights to business stakeholders.
  4. Experience with machine learning techniques and algorithms, with experience applying them to real-world problems.
