METAL SOLUTIONS TRAINEE

**Job Summary**:

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Job Scope: Metal Solutions Trainee**

1) Assisting Engineer in maintaining list of spare parts inventory to minimise production operation disruption whilst ensuring raw material dimension and quantity check and standby for machining.

2) Ensure quality and quantity check of completed fabricate parts comply to customer requirement

3) Support of manufacturing process example reburring, drilling, tapping, buffing, milling, grinding and maintenance.

4) Update and record data on fabricate system (POWER APPS, ERP, etc)

5) Overview in daily operation of respective production requirements for efficiency, quality, yield and machine utilization

6) Daily observation and practice of 6S standards.

7) Computer Aided Design and Manufacture (CAD/CAM) - 5% of tasks expected.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**:
Bachelor or Diploma (required)

**Language**:

- English/Malay/Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients. (required)

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

**Schedule**:

- Monday to Friday **Working Hours**: 8am to 6pm

**OT**: when required after work hours on weekdays and during weekends/public holidays.

**Allowance**: RM500/month

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Supplemental Pay**:

- Overtime pay

Pay: RM500.00 per month
