**Assistant Manager, Social Enterprise**

**To carry out AirAsia Foundation’s core mission in supporting growth of social enterprises in Asean and to oversee the development of the Foundation’s social enterprise retail channels. The duties are as follows**:

- ** Conduct due diligence on applicant organisations and activities, assess project viability and prepare project recommendations and reports.**
- ** Monitor project progress and achievement of milestones and objectives and manage fund disbursement and project reporting.**
- ** Liaise with other Project Manager/s, applicant organisations, grant beneficiaries as well as any relevant government authority.**
- ** Promote grant and project activities through the Foundation’s communication channels and via Capital A’s communications team.**
- ** Plan and implement Foundation activities, including interactive events to raise the profile of AirAsia Foundation in the region.**
- ** Ensure all business risks are identified, documented and controlled and good governance applies across the board, especially in AirAsia Foundation’s and Destination GOOD financial transactions.**
- ** Coordinate AirAsia Foundation’s and Destination GOOD annual financial audit.**
- ** Supervise the Destination GOOD team in development of the social enterprise shop and support the team through planning and organisation of online and offline sales campaigns.**
- ** Support any ad hoc humanitarian activities, including public fund-raising and disbursement of donation funds.**
- ** Coordinate AirAsia Foundation’s anti-trafficking campaign activities**
- ** Enthusiastic and capable of working on several projects simultaneously**
- ** Creative, detail-oriented, good with numbers, and able to find solutions to unexpected problems**
- ** Comfortable with independently planning tasks and managing time, including the tracking and processing of information in a fast-moving environment**
- ** A first or upper second degree from a recognised university in marketing, business/management, sales, or other relevant disciplines**
- ** Four years of relevant work experience in project planning, management and coordination**
- ** Excellent command of spoken and written English and a working level second language**
- ** Proficiency in using Google Suite Applications and MS Office**
- ** Personal maturity and the ability to interact with a variety of people, including at the highest level**
