1. Establish, execute, and enforce workplace safety and health policies and procedures in accordance with local legislation (e.g., OSHA, DOSH standards).
2. Conduct routine risk assessments to identify and reduce workplace hazards, including those posed by antagonistic vehicles.
3. Ensure that the organisation adheres to safety and health regulations, which include standards for tangible security measures such as HVM systems.
4. Evaluate the risk of vehicle-borne hazards at worksites, facilities, or events by conducting threat assessments.
5. Supervise the installation, maintenance, and testing of HVM infrastructure to guarantee its compliance with industry standards and effectiveness.
6. Foster a culture of safety and vigilance within the organisation by conducting regular safety exercises and seminars.
7. Develop and execute emergency response strategies for workplace emergencies and vehicle-borne hazards.
9. Conduct post-incident investigations and generate reports that include suggestions for enhancement.
10. Conduct routine safety audits, examinations, and compliance checks at various worksites to guarantee that safety and security measures are operational and effective.
11. Collaborate closely with the engineering, security, and operations teams to incorporate safety, health, and HVM measures into organisational processes.
12. Coordinate safety and health initiatives by collaborating with external agencies, including law enforcement, local councils, and regulatory authorities.
13. Conduct regular reviews and updates of workplace safety and health policies, taking into account the lessons learnt from industry advancements and incidents.

Qualifications:
1. a minimum of a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Safety and Health
2. Preferably with certification as a Safety and Health Officer - Green Book
3. Proficiency in the occupational safety and health regulations of the local area.
4. Possessing training in physical security and hostile vehicle mitigation (e.g., HVM certification or equivalent) will provide an additional advantage.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
