**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Plan, develop and implement Group's corporate communications and investor relations strategies and plans.
- Create content and assist designing department for Group marketing collateral's such as social media, websites, company profiles, brochures and etc.
- Craft consistent massages across all channels through social media, press releases, press conferences, media interviews, analyst engagements speeches, general announcements and communication materials for earning releases, quarterly management report, AGM, investor roadshows and conferences, industry events, presentation to analysts and investors.
- Produce budgets and proposals for the departments activities such as events, exhibitions, annual report production, CSR activities.
- Assist in the preparation and timely completion of the Annual Report through the consolidation of inputs from business units and relevant departments.
- Ensure all information communicated to media, stakeholders, shareholders, government agencies and the general public is accurate and synchronised with GROUP's aims.
- Digital/social media communications:include channel mix management, content calendar coordination, planning and execution.
- Provides assistance with regard to responding to queries and surveys made by either internal or external contacts.
- Responsible to ensure information/materials in the investor relations website are correct and updated timely.

**Qualification and Requirements**
- A graduate in Mass Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, Economics, Accounting/Finance or other relevant and equivalent qualifications.
- Two to seven years of work experience in positions where the applicants has gained experience in corporate communications, investor relations, public relations, financial investment, accounting or other related fields.
- Experiences with Public Listed companies will be an added advantage.
- Excellent English and Malay communication skills in both spoken and written as well as relation-building skills in the investment community.
- Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal skills and ability to plan, organise and coordinate.
- A strong understanding of financial reports, analytics methods, and financial data tools.
- Posses knowledge in graphic design software's (Adobe creative suite) is an added advantage.
- Must be able to work on multiple projects independently and have the ability to work under extreme pressure to meet deadlines.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
