Assistant Manager Corporate Communication

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Corporate Communications & Branding**
- Develop and implement **comprehensive corporate communications strategy** to ensure brand consistency across all BU.
- Manage **corporate branding, messaging, and media relations** to enhance the Company’s reputation.
- Oversee the creation of **press releases, corporate presentations, annual reports, newsletters, and speeches**.
- Monitor and manage **corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives** that align with the Company’s values
**Media & Public Relations**
- Develop and execute **PR campaigns, media events, and press conferences** for brand awareness.
- Handle **crisis communication**, ensuring timely and strategic responses to media inquiries or potential issues.
**Internal Communications & Employee Engagement**
- Develop **internal communication plans** to informed employees about Company updates, policies, and initiatives.
- Organize **corporate events, town halls, and employee engagement programs** to foster strong corporate culture.
- Work closely with HCD to communicate employer branding initiatives and enhance employee satisfaction.
**Digital & Social Media Management**
- Oversee and manage the Company’s **website, social media platforms, and digital content strategy**.
- Develop and implement content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
- Monitor **online reputation management**, ensuring positive brand visibility across digital channels.
**Stakeholder & Government Relations**
- Act as the primary liaison for **government agencies, industry associations, and regulatory bodies** to ensure compliance with communication-related requirements.
- Develop strategic communication materials for stakeholders, partners, and investors.
- Represent the Company at **networking events, industry forums, and business conferences**.
**Qualifications & Experience**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in **Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field**.
- Minimum of **7-10 years** of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or marketing, preferably in a **family business or multi-industry environment**.
- Strong experience in **media relations, crisis management, stakeholder engagement, and brand management**.
- Excellent **written and verbal communication skills in English and Malay**.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under pressure.
- Experience in **digital marketing, social media strategy, and content creation** is an added advantage.
- Strong networking skills with **government agencies, industry players, and media personnel**.
Pay: RM7,500.00 - RM8,500.00 per month
