Job responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive corporate communications strategy that enhances reputation supports business objectives, and builds stakeholder trust.
  • Advise senior leadership on communication approaches that align with strategic decisions and stakeholder expectations.
  • Embed the company's purpose in leadership communications, employee engagement, and stakeholder outreach.
  • Ensure consistent and authentic messaging that reinforces the company's values and mission.
  • Lead external communications including financial disclosures, media relations, public affairs, and crisis response.
  • Serve as the company's public relations lead in managing communications during crises or disasters, ensuring timely, transparent, and coordinated messaging to protect reputation and maintain stakeholder confidence.
  • Position the company as a credible and responsible voice through proactive media engagement and thought
  • Drive employee alignment through effective internal channels such as townhalls, newsletters, and cascading messages.
  • Foster a culture of transparency, engagement, and shared purpose across all levels of the organization.
  • Execute a digital and social media strategy that elevates the company's visibility, strengthens brand image, and communicates key updates on business activities and operations.
  • Monitor and manage online presence to ensure alignment with corporate reputation goals.

Job requirements:

  • Minimum 6 years of professional experience in corporate communications, including leadership or management exposure.
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Studies International Relations, or a related field.
  • Background in communications, social sciences, or environmental studies is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); Adobe Photoshop skills are a plus.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills; passionate team player with a proactive mindset.
