ROLE SUMMARY
The Country Brand Lead (CBL) for Comirnaty is responsible for preparing the market for launch, leading and implementing marketing strategies and tactics for Comirnaty brand as a whole to drive and maximise financial performance (achieve planned sales, profit and management of franchise A&P) and other marketing objectives, consistent with local and global asset/portfolio strategies. The CBL will identify market opportunitiesand actions designed to increase market share, optimize the existing portfolio. Ensures that all activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and SOPs, Pfizer values, and global guidelines (including MAPP, FCPA), as appropriate.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES- Accountable to prepare the high quality strategic launch and commercialization plan that maximizes patient impact and delivers against financial objectives for Comirnaty business segment end to end. Manages P&L of the brand, including revenue and forecasts and brand financial performance - plan, propose and monitor brand’s expenditures implement actions on variances to achieve brand goal- Leads external interaction with government & academic stakeholders, including stakeholder strategy, relationship management and development of innovative partnerships to maximize vaccines penetration- Sets local brand vision and brand direction. Accountable for tailoring (glocalizing) global brand strategies, defining local priorities with tactical programs/implementation and TA-specific customer experiences leveraging on omnichannel approach, as appropriate for customer segments to meet local market needs.- Drive innovation in a highly dynamic and competitive market by challenging the status quo- Integrate digital solutions and omnichannel approaches to create exceptional customer experience- Lead promotional activity execution through collaboration across functional team and align with Pfizer & local regulations- Develops, implements, and maintains key measurement systems and KPIs to demonstrate impact of brand strategies and programs- Accountable for the planning and coordination of the stakeholder engagement, across functions, to meet category objectives. Develop new and engage existing KOLs to sustain strong networking and market development- Establishes strong working relationships at Local and Regional and across functions. Lead training for Customer Facing Team on product positioning and strategies- Mastering the matrix and co-create strategies and execution plans with cross functional teams and stakeholders, according to the strategy defined by the company.- Direct and follow up the interface with the various areas of the company, such as: plant, sales force, regulatory, market intelligence, medical, legal, finance, etc. in order to inform, seek and/or solve issues relating to products that may be under its responsibility- Identify new market opportunities by reviewing researches, creating studies, analyzing investments, and global alignment with the company directives;- Define priorities in the development of new projects and launch of new products, defining responsibilities, objectives and deadlines;- Accountable for developing the organizational capabilities necessary to execute the strategic plan.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong track record of marketing experience within the healthcare industry, Pharmaceutical management roles, and experience with New Product launches including brand forecasting would be an added advantage
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required, Master's degree preferred
- Strategic and innovative thinker and able to anticipate future needs.
- Collaborative approach to matrix relationships to lead, develop and execute strategies with commercial and non-commercial functions internally is required
- Have HCP/patient focused mindset with a broad understanding of healthcare, and pharmaceutical environment to shape market and brand strategies to meet HCPs/patients’ needs
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to persuade, negotiate or influence others without authority
- Fluency in written and spoken English
