You’ve honed your writing craft to its finest these past few years and have a knack for knowing what works and what does not work for the digital medium. Understanding that digital is not just a platform but a whole new world that comprehends human behaviour and caters to the hunger of the masses that searches for all sorts of meaning in this realm.

With your skills and passion to cater to the searching masses, we’d like you to take on the helm of crafting SEO driven copies as humanly as possible as you were writing to a friend. While your left brain knows that every keyword placed will capture the right search algorithm. This also translates to working together with our product team where you’ll birth many creative and fun creations for a global audience.

We’ll also exercise your right brain, as you’ll be asked to join multiple brainstorming sessions on how to drive our campaigns even further to achieve the company’s main goals. A plus side of being part of our in-house creative team has had many years of experience in the advertising and marketing industry, bringing with them all the learnings and different wise perspectives into our daily tasks.

Being part of our in-house creative team, will allow you to work together with various teams such as analytics, UI/UX, marketing, CRM, B2B, product development, social media and many more.

Key Responsibilities
- Craft content that is SEO friendly for all our pages and products with an understanding of UI/UX best practices.
- Ensuring the tone and manner of all products and services are streamlined throughout all our front-facing communication (products up to campaigns).
- Support new product launches, which includes product development, description and up to naming while managing the weekly batches of tasks with respective PICs.
- Work with the App product marketing team and CRM team to design messaging across all channels that sell and directly contribute to daily sales revenue. All channels include in-app, push notification, nurturing programme, UAC banner and retargeting.
- Support the creative team in terms of copy creation, ideation and occasionally managing a freelance writer.
- Able to work independently and also manage deliverables in a timely manner.

Skills Knowledge and Expertise
- Min. 5 years of digital copywriting/writing experience (digital agency experience is a bonus).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and also work well with the respective teams.
- A passion for digital marketing and branding work that can be used across multiple platforms.
- Able to work in an agile e-commerce environment.
- Up for collaboration and continuous improvement of work and self.
