- Develop, implement and maintain budgetary and resource allocation plans.
- Delegate responsibilities to the best-qualified employees and enforce all policies,

procedures, standard, specifications, guidelines, training programs and cultural values.
- Oversee the all department of all branches nationwide.
- Responsible for managing the after sales division, consisting of customer service, workshop (including body&paint), warranty, parts and admin operations.
- Ensuring healthy working relationship and environment among all working levels with employee.
- Work closely with HR and managers to ensure proper people development plan is in place for the all division.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Degree in business development
- Experienced in automotive industry at least 1 year
- Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Brainstorming and Developing new ideas
- Leadership skills

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
