**SENIORITY LEVEL**:Entry Level

**FUNCTION**: Accounts Payable

SALARY RANGE: Competitive Salary + Excellent Benefits + Bonus

**LOCATION**:Bandar Sunway, Selangor

**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**

The Scanning/Workflow personnel will perform routine administrative tasks within the Accounts Payable function to ensure quality and timely archival of documents related to the accounts payabale function.

**Reports To**:Team Lead P2P

**Reporting Level**:Individual Contributor

**Geographic Scope**:Direct Reporting Business Unit

**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**
- Filing of invoices
- Filing of payment documents
- Scanning & electronic archival
- Timely off site storage management
- Accurate indexing of documents for future retrieval purposes
- Retrieving documents for operational teams & audit purposes
- Collection of documents from off-site drop off points when required
- Post office box administration
- Ad hoc tasks as and when required
- Ensure adherence to Records Management policies & procedures
- Assist in maintenance of Accounts Payable general policies & procedures
- Ensure internal controls programs are adhered to
- Comply with BASS standards and SLAs
- Assist operational teams in addressing document retrieval requests
- Establish and maintain good working relationship across teams

**ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS**
- SPM with a minimum of 3 years work experience (Document filing, archival)
- Basic knowledge of records management concepts, practices and procedures
- Understanding of general administrative duties and procedures
- General knowledge of operations
- Ability to interact courteously with internal / external customers and ensure interactions are of a high quality of service
- Ability to coordinate with other internal departments to deliver seamless service to customers
