Sales Admin Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
- Follow-up orders and prepare shipping documents & bank documents
- Coordinate with customers, forwarders and internal departments to ensure smooth delivery and shipment
- Responsible in passing sample on time to customer
- Assist in preparing reports and support the sales team with administrative tasks
- Assist in handling Sales & Service Tax (SST)
**Requirements**:
- Minimum Certificate/ Diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in handling export and shipping documents
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Responsible, reliable and able to work independently with mínimal supervision
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
