**Job purpose**:
With knowledge of clients’ products, services and policies, you are responsible to assist customers with inquiries and request for assistance. We will provide trainings, tools, and resources needed to manage the needs of your customer base.

**Job duties and responsibilities**:

- Supervising the operations and logistics of all medical cases by assessing each case on a regular basis
- Work closely with AAA Medical Director to give case direction to the Operations Department
- Act as the main contact point for the Operations Team in terms of medical related enquiries. This involves being on call during non-working days and hours (if necessary)
- Liaise with patients, hospitals, and medical staff across the globe to ensure the correct and appropriate treatment is being given
- Assess when and how patients can be evacuated or repatriated
- Dealing with all calls in confidence and in an empathetic manner
- To participate in training as to ensure continuous enhancement of skills and knowledge to deliver service quality
- To perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/other requirements

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma in Nursing with experience in the travel and medical assistance industry
- Confident to make fast and clinically sound decisions about patient’s care as a case develops
- Passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customers
- Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Willingness to work on a flexible schedule and on shifts
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to converse in Mandarin or any other languages will be an added advantage
