**Requirements**:
2. Strong English and Good interpersonal skills
3. Strong Communication Skill in verbal and written in Japanese
4. At least 2 years experiences in Call Center, Customer Service environment
5. Applicants must be willing to work Damansara Height, Kuala Lumpur

**Responsibilities & Key Tasks**:
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints.
- Recognize client’s employee's problems and resolve it to employees’ satisfaction directly or by escalating to the proper channel.
- Feedback / escalate any urgent / critical issues or problems to management on a timely basis.
- Communicate and coordinate between client and internal departments.
- To act as mentor for personnel.
**Salary: RM3500 - RM4000
