Job Title: IT Service Desk Analyst

Job Location: Kuala Lumpur

**Job Description**:
Responsible for the execution and delivery of IT Helpdesk services, project delivery and end

user service excellence.

Ensure reported cases are properly closed and meet the SLA between IT and business.

Attend tickets on ID/Access management. This covers ID reset password & unlock IDs

Responsible for identifying potential technical problems during daily support.

Ensure to provide quality of services with the aim of improving user experience.

Engaging with various business units as connectors between business and IT support teams.

Handling issues related to ID Management.

Support and facilitate the adoption and expansion of IT best practices.

Ensure all relevant IT Compliance requirement are met.

Manage ICT service desk dashboard for tracking / reporting tickets to closure.

Serve as primary point of escalation for IT related Services.

Manage IT services commonly associated with infrastructure to ensure customer satisfaction.

Minimum 1 year experience in Service Desk Analyst Engineer

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
