**Job Title**: Service Desk Analyst

**Experience Level**: 1 Year

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused **Service Desk Analyst** with 1 year of IT support experience. You will serve as the first point of contact for technical support, resolving issues efficiently and ensuring high customer satisfaction. This role offers opportunities to grow in IT service management and technical troubleshooting.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Log and track service requests, incidents, and problems using ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA, or Remedy).
- Escalate complex issues to Tier 2 or 3 support teams as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of user issues and actions taken.
- Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues.
- Assist in account management tasks such as password resets and access requests.
- Contribute to knowledge base articles and documentation.

**Required Qualifications**:

- 1 year of experience in an IT Service Desk or IT Support role.
- Strong understanding of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote desktop tools.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Exposure to Active Directory and basic networking concepts.
- ITIL Foundation certification (a plus).
- Knowledge of SLA/KPI in service environments.

Pay: RM2,900.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
