We're looking for Service Desk Analyst (Japanese speaker) in KL.
Bukit Jalil | RM9,000-RM10,000 | Japanese speaker
Position:
āHandling Incoming Support Requests: Answer user inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person.
āDocument and categorize incoming requests, ensuring accurate tracking and resolution. Prioritize and manage incoming IT service requests.
āTroubleshooting and Problem Solving: Diagnose and resolve common technical issues, including software, hardware, and network problems.
Working Hour: Mon-Fri 7:30 AM to 4:40 PM / 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Salary: RM9,000-RM10,000 * Negotiable depend on skill and experience
Date of Joining: 1month notice or less
Location: Bukit Jalil (office base)

Japanese: JLPT N2 level or above
Technical Skills: Proficiency in troubleshooting common IT issues.
Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).
Familiarity with network protocols and hardware.
Experience with IT service management (ITSM) tools.
