We're looking for Service Desk Analyst (Japanese speaker) in KL.

Bukit Jalil | RM9,000-RM10,000 | Japanese speaker

Position:

ā—Handling Incoming Support Requests: Answer user inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person.

ā—Document and categorize incoming requests, ensuring accurate tracking and resolution. Prioritize and manage incoming IT service requests.

ā—Troubleshooting and Problem Solving: Diagnose and resolve common technical issues, including software, hardware, and network problems.

Working Hour: Mon-Fri 7:30 AM to 4:40 PM / 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Salary: RM9,000-RM10,000 * Negotiable depend on skill and experience

Date of Joining: 1month notice or less

Location: Bukit Jalil (office base)

Japanese: JLPT N2 level or above

Technical Skills: Proficiency in troubleshooting common IT issues.

Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).

Familiarity with network protocols and hardware.

Experience with IT service management (ITSM) tools.
