IT Service Desk analyst

Key Responsibilities:
Provide 1st and 2nd line remote support for software, hardware, and network issues
Manage incidents, service requests, and technical escalations
Maintain documentation, knowledge base, and process improvements
Ensure high service quality, meeting or exceeding SLAs and customer satisfaction
Collaborate within the Service Desk team to resolve issues efficiently
Requirements:
Hands-on experience supporting:Windows OS, Microsoft Office 365, ExchangeVMware, Mobile Device ManagementNetworking (firewalls, routers, switches)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
Team player with a proactive and adaptable attitude
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM1, RM6,000.00 per month
