**Job Summary**

As the **Facilities Operations Supervisor**, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and cleanliness of all facility areas. Your role includes performing and supervising a wide range of repair and maintenance tasks, including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, HVAC, landscaping, and other general facility works.

You will also be expected to carry out any duties or instructions assigned by your superior and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and to the required standards. The position requires flexibility to work on various shifts as needed.

**Essential Job Functions**

**Maintenance and Repairs**
- Perform electrical repairs and maintenance, including replacing light bulbs, repairing wiring, and inspecting circuit breakers and fuses.
- Carry out carpentry and general construction works such as woodwork, painting, and minor structural repairs.
- Perform general plumbing tasks including repairing toilets, faucets, and fixing leaks.
- Conduct facility repairs such as fixing doors, locks, tiles, and floor polishing or staining.
- Maintain HVAC systems by replacing filters, conducting inspections, and performing basic servicing.
- Undertake outdoor maintenance including landscaping, grass cutting, hedge trimming, weeding, pruning, and removal of fallen branches or debris.
- Perform simple repair tasks that do not require a specialized technician.
- Maintain basic records of maintenance work, inspections, and materials used.

**Operations and Supervision**
- Ensure daily operations and assigned duties are carried out efficiently and meet quality and safety standards.
- Follow instructions and recommendations from superiors to complete daily tasks promptly.
- Coordinate daily maintenance schedules to ensure smooth operation of the facilities.
- Supervise and manage maintenance and cleaning staff, ensuring all duties are performed effectively and safely.
- Oversee day-to-day operations to maintain high service quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
- Support and uphold the company’s multi-tasking program to maximize productivity.
- Foster effective communication among staff and maintain a cooperative, safe, and positive working environment.
- Ensure proper hygiene, safety, and correct use of tools, equipment, and materials.
- Demonstrate strong time management and teamwork skills by meeting deadlines and assisting others when needed.
- Guide, train, and motivate subordinates daily to maintain high performance and efficiency.
- Lead by example in personal hygiene, appearance, and professional conduct both on and off duty.
- Perform additional tasks and projects as assigned by management.

Carry out any other duties as required by the company

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
