- **Policy and procedure creation**: HR professionals create and enforce policies and procedures that comply with employment laws and regulations.
- **Employee relations**: HR professionals address and resolve employee relation matters, and promote a positive company culture.
- **Performance management**: HR professionals administer an effective performance appraisal system.
- **Compensation and benefits**: HR professionals manage compensation and benefits structures.
- **Training**: HR professionals identify and supervise training needs and initiatives.
- **HR analytics**: HR professionals offer decision-making support to management via HR analytics.
- **Workforce planning**: HR professionals plan and implement workforce and strategic planning.

Pay: From RM1,800.00 per month
